Don't blame others for what is happening in your life. The only way to make a change is to love yourself unconditionally. Can you look into the mirror and say that you truly love yourself. This week try to forgive all those that have hurt you. It is in forgiveness that we can find peace in our lives.
Enjoy the beautiful week.

LIVE your LIFE

FEAR
If you want to learn about fear, whatever it is that you fear doing, that is the very next thing to do. Fear is not a wall; it is an emotion. Move through the fear. Keep taking step after step toward the thing you want. It may become quite uncomfortable; then, suddenly, it will be less.

Give and you shall receive
So, the other night I was at an event for Arbonne. The gentlemen in my group was so generous to buy everyone at our table a raffle ticket. The tickets were $10 each and there were 6 of us. We were all so amazed by his generosity. To make a long story short he ended up winning the basket worth $700+!!
So give and you shall receive. Try to live tomorrow without being selfish. I am not talking about material items either. Give your time, your ear, give without being noticed. It will all come back to you 10 fold.
be well.

Stay away from the DREAM STEALERS

Who are you?
When you lose touch with inner stillness, you lose touch with yourself. When you lose touch with yourself, you lose yourself in the world.
Your innermost sense of self, of who you are, is inseparable from stillness. This is the I Am that is deeper than name and form.

You are valuable
Count your blessings. Once you realize how valuable you are and how much you have going for you, the smiles will return, the sun will break out, the music will play, and you will finally be able to move forward the life that God intended for you with grace, strength, courage, and confidence.

Live today as if it were your last
Here is something the Dalai Lama once said:
Old friends pass away, new friends appear. It is just like the days. An old day passes, a new day arrives. The important thing is to make it meaningful: a meaningful friend - or a meaningful day.
Try to make every day count, time is so short, live life.

Family
Becoming responsible adults is no longer a matter of whether children hang up there pajamas or put dirty towels in the hamper, but whether they care about themselves and others -- and whether they see everyday chores as related to how we treat this planet.

EGO
“If you want to reach a state of bliss, then go beyond your ego and the internal dialogue. Make a decision to relinquish the need to control, the need to be approved, and the need to judge. Those are the three things the ego is doing all the time. It's very important to be aware of them every time they come up.” -Deepak Chopra

Attitude
“The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our Attitudes.”

Loss
First, I would like to apologize for not keeping this blog up to date. My dog Tungsten passed away suddenly 2 weeks today. I was very close to him, as close as you can get to a dog. I miss him greatly and I thought it only appropriate to use a loss quote for today.
This is for anyone who has lost anyone or animal. Namaste, MJ.
“I am responsible. Although I may not be able to prevent the worst from happening, I am responsible for my attitude toward the inevitable misfortunes that darken life. Bad things do happen; how I respond to them defines my character and the quality of my life. I can choose to sit in perpetual sadness, immobilized by the gravity of my loss, or I can choose to rise from the pain and treasure the most precious gift I have – life itself.” -Walter Anderson

Success
Successful achievement requires the use & coordination of three things- thought, feelings, and actions. Thoughts spark the process, get it going. Feelings keep the thoughts alive, encourage more thoughts, and get the body moving. Action is important to accomplish the physical tasks necessary for achievement.
To change one's life:
Start immediately.
Do it flamboyantly.
No exceptions.

LIVE fully
This is what you shall do; Love the earth and sun and the animals, despise riches, give alms to everyone that asks, stand up for the stupid and crazy, devote your income and labor to others, hate tyrants, argue not concerning God, have patience and indulgence toward the people...re-examine all you have been told at school or church or in any book, dismiss what insults your very soul, and your very flesh shall become a great poem.

New Beginnings
"The secret to a rich life is to have more beginnings than endings." -Dave Weinbaum
Happy New Year. The new year brings a time for change. Everyone has the opportunity to start fresh with a clean plate. Do all the things you said you were going to do last year (and the year before). The only thing/person that can get in your way of doing this is fear. Be strong, take this year and run hard with it, you deserve it.
Enjoy the process not the outcome.
